Cancel a subscription
Open Settings on your iPhone, select your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, select Fluency Lens, and follow Apple’s cancellation controls. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Request a refund
Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s refund policy. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem to submit a request. We cannot issue an App Store refund directly or guarantee Apple’s decision.
Access after cancellation
Paid features normally remain available through the end of the billing period shown by Apple. Existing local records remain readable, although new paid actions may be limited after entitlement expires.
