Before a reading check
Choose a quiet moment, keep the device with the adult, and explain that the minute is only one practice sample. A canceled or interrupted first check should not consume the free baseline.
Correcting a score
Use the review screen to set the last word and confirm correct, error, and self-corrected words. Speech suggestions, if available in a later version, never replace adult confirmation.
Restore a purchase
Open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for purchase. If no entitlement appears, confirm the subscription in Apple Settings and contact support with the purchase status. Do not send a receipt unless requested.
Export and deletion
Raw export and Delete all app data remain available from Settings without a paid entitlement. Deleting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Educational or safety concerns
The app cannot diagnose a reading condition or determine school placement. For persistent concerns, contact your child’s teacher, reading specialist, pediatrician, or another qualified professional.
